Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are representative; minor finish variations may occur between production batches.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Sales tax is calculated and collected based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping

We ship via USPS from Indianapolis, Indiana. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Warranty

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear. Our sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Hardware LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
